We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Investment Compliance Officer to join our Fund Management team. This role is located in Luxembourg and is HYBRID.

The Investment Compliance Officer mission is to monitor the funds’ compliance with the legal and investment restrictions.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Reviewing investment guidelines in prospectuses or operating memorandum and as per UCITS or AIF directives/regulations,
• Ensure investment are correctly coded in the compliance tool
• Reviewing and post-NAV investment compliance checks for UCITS
• Understanding of investment compliance tools considered a plus
• Escalate to portfolio managers and senior management any investment breach on a need-to-know basis
• Create and maintain strong relationships with our Investment Managers linked to Investment Compliance subjects.
• Ensure communication with, financial managers, funds auditors and the CSSF as part of the CSSF 02/77 declaration and audit review.
• Production of relevant reporting for internal governance committees
• Review leverage calculations
• Review of Investment Policies
• Ad hoc projects related to post trade compliance
• Share knowledge and technical skills with the team

Votre profil :

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment especially as applicable to UCITS funds.
• Good understanding of UCITS and AIFMD.
• At least 5 years of similar experience in Investment Compliance in Lux Depositary, Administrator or Management Company or audit firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
