This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated and high-profile transactions in an encouraging and innovative environment as a member of the Legal Division of the Euroclear group.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of M&A transactions, from initial structuring and negotiation to closing and post-closing integration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documents.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare due diligence reports.
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Lead and mentor junior associates and support staff.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Votre profil :

Qualifications:

• Master degree from an accredited law school.
• +10 years of experience in M&A transactions, preferably at alaw firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Specific Skills Required
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance.
• Experience with cross-border transactions and international M&A.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using legal technology and software tools.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
