The Group Strategy and Product Expansion division leads the end-to-end design and delivery of Euroclear products and service solutions. As a Division, we capture market needs, anticipate business evolutions, define strategy and build sustainable solutions to support economic development.

The expansion and evolution of our Investment Funds offering is a key pillar of the Corporate Strategy. The Funds Product team plays a fundamental role in achieving this ambition by defining and designing new services as well as maintaining the existing Product Portfolio within a competitive and fast evolving ecosystem.

Your role
We are recruiting a Product Manager to reinforce the Funds Product Management team and drive the evolution and further integration of our fund distribution services within the Euroclear FundsPlace® one-stop-shop offering.
In your new role you will :
• Monitor, analyse and evaluate product performance, market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats;
• Engage with external stakeholders (clients and prospects, fund management companies,…) to identify areas for service improvement and revenues growth opportunities;
• Contribute to the design of Euroclear’s fund distribution services from a 360° angle and explore future business models to answer the evolution of the funds ecosystem;
• Work in close cooperation with a variety internal stakeholders to drive the execution of our strategy, lead business case development and sponsor new services implementation;
• Lead the implement of strategic projects timely and within budget;
• Act as key promotor of our services (to both internal and external stakeholders) and strongly support sales efforts to tier 1 prospects;
• Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns with the responsibility to ensure a good take-up rate.

• You can synthesize the big picture, transform it into actionable recommendations and communicate those in a clear, concise and persuasive way to senior management to allow swift decision making;
• Ability to handle challenges independent without need for support or direct oversight;
• Able to build up strong relations with key internal and external stakeholders, to connect and convince people and to moderate in case of conflict. You have good interpersonal skills including influencing and negotiating skills and are autonomous in interacting with senior stakeholders;
• Act as key promotor of our funds services. You motivate and empower your colleagues across divisions;
• Team player, excel in effective collaboration and drive others actively to the achievement of commons goals;
• Stress resistant, organised and flexible; 　
• Strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in English both written and spoken.
