To support our Internal IT team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic organization. The primary focus of this role is to take charge of the financial management of the IT department, with a key emphasis on budget management, rebilling processes, and overseeing the Purchase Order (P/O) and Invoicing processes within the IT realm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing financial operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining fiscal discipline within the IT department.

Responsibilities:

• Budget Management;
• Develop, monitor, and manage the annual budget for the IT department in collaboration with IT leadership;
• Track and analyze budget variances, providing insights and recommendations to ensure financial goals are met;
• Work closely with IT managers to understand project-specific financial requirements and allocate resources accordingly.

Rebilling Processes:
• Rebilling costs (licenses, cloud consumption, mobile costs, other) to other Business Units/Geographies on a monthly, quarterly and yearly base depending the cost;
• Oversee and streamline rebilling processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for rebilling purposes;
• Implement and maintain systems for tracking rebilling activities and addressing any discrepancies;

Purchase Order (P/O) Processes:
• Processing Purchase Orders within the IT department;
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to P/O processes, ensuring compliance with company guidelines;
• Work closely with vendors, IT managers, and other stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and negotiate favorable terms;

Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Provide regular financial reports and analysis to IT leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends;
• Software Usage reporting to Global (Quarterly base);
• Cloud (AWS, Azure) cost control and reporting (monthly);
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making processes within the IT department.

Requisiti :

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional finance certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus;
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control, preferably within the IT industry;
• Strong understanding of budgeting, rebilling processes and experience managing P/O processes;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience;
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
