We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Trustee & Depositary to join our team. This role is located in Luxembourg - hybrid.
The DGO depositary analyst shall act as a highly-skilled depositary specialist fostering a culture of high performance and mastering the UCITS and AIFM regulations. The analyst shall act as an expert, a support for other team members (when required) and work in an autonomous way on all allocated tasks.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Perform audited asset inventories
• Attend to client calls
• Attend to audit calls
• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Provide feedback on digitalization
• Perform daily/monthly controls related to safekeeping and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure enquiry and outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Execute/reviews administrative duties within the team

Votre profil :

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fund industry
• Eager to learn
• Good knowledge of financial instruments
• Perfect command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills
